Switching and export

Exporting your data

The workspace owner can download the whole workspace at any time, at no charge: Settings → Data & privacy → Export. The file is JSON — structured, machine-readable and documented below.

It contains your business profile and settings; customers; conversations and messages, including call transcripts; appointments; jobs, job records, follow-ups and costs; quotes; invoices; payments received and payment matches; expenses and payroll records; service plans; tasks; licences and certificates; knowledge entries; automations and the settings of Fioo's team; the history of Fioo's runs, the event log and the audit records of changes to Fioo's permissions; your team's conversations with Fioo and their folders; daily figures, weekly reports and weekly suggestions; team members, their roles and pending invitations; website content; your notifications; email opt-outs; webhook subscriptions; your referral programmes; and the list of connected tools.

Not included: credentials — access tokens for your connected tools, INFIOO API keys and webhook signing secrets (reconnect at your new provider); operational records INFIOO keeps to run the service safely, such as booking locks, delivery logs, quote links and fraud signals; and INFIOO's own internal data such as its code and AI instructions.

Format

One JSON file. Its top level has an export date, your business record, and one array per collection, named as in the list above. Each record keeps its id and its links to other records (for example a message's conversation id), so the data can be imported elsewhere without losing how it fits together. Times are ISO 8601 in UTC.

Switching to another provider

1. Tell us at hello@infioo.com that you want to switch, with up to two months' notice.
2. A transition period of up to 30 days follows, which you may extend once. INFIOO keeps running and we help with the move.
3. You then have at least 30 days to retrieve your data.
4. After that we delete it, as the data processing addendum describes, and confirm the deletion.

We charge nothing for switching or export. Known limit: connections to other tools have to be set up again at the new provider, because their credentials are not exported.

Where our infrastructure is

INFIOO runs on Google Cloud. Your workspace database is in Frankfurt, Germany, and the app servers are in Singapore. ONE 28 LLC is a United States company, subject to US law. To protect non-personal data from unlawful access by foreign authorities, we disclose data only when legally obliged to, challenge requests we consider unlawful, disclose no more than required, and tell you unless we are forbidden to.
