- Breaking the law, or helping someone else to.
- Harassing, threatening, defaming or discriminating against anyone, or promoting violence or hate.
- Anything involving the sexual exploitation of children, which we report to the authorities.
- Fraud, phishing, scams or impersonating another person or business.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
Messages and calls
- Messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you where the law requires consent, or using bought or rented lists.
- Getting around opt-outs, the quiet hours or the sending limits.
- Hiding or faking who a message is from.
- Content the mobile carriers restrict, including sexual content, hate, and unlawful promotion of alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis or gambling; affiliate and lead-generation texting.
- Asking for full card numbers, bank account numbers or national ID numbers over WhatsApp.
- Recording or transcribing calls without any notice the law requires.
- Using INFIOO numbers for emergency services.
AI features
- Presenting AI output as written by a person where that would mislead, or removing the notices that say a message comes from an AI assistant.
- Using Fioo to decide on a person's credit, employment, housing, insurance, education or legal status.
- Giving legal, medical, financial or other professional advice through Fioo without review by a qualified person; clinical advice or therapy.
- Inferring people's emotions or characteristics from their voice, face or writing.
- Directing the AI features at children, or using them to communicate with people you know to be under 18 without a parent or guardian involved.
- Writing fake reviews or fake replies to reviews.
- Trying to make the AI features ignore their instructions or safety checks, or using their output to build a competing AI model.
- Anything the usage policies of our AI providers — Anthropic, OpenAI and Google — prohibit.
Data
- Protected health information under the US HIPAA rules.
- Special categories of personal data, such as health data, without a lawful basis and a real need.
- Collecting data about people without the notice and lawful basis the law requires.
- Surveillance or tracking of people without their knowledge.
The Service itself
- Probing, scanning or testing it for vulnerabilities without our permission — report findings to hello@infioo.com instead.
- Spreading malware, or interfering with or overloading the Service.
- Scraping it, or reverse engineering it except as the law allows.
- Reselling it, or sharing accounts, without our agreement.
- Breaking the terms of Google, Meta (WhatsApp), Twilio or any other service you connect.
Enforcement and reporting
If we find a breach, we may remove content, restrict features or suspend the account, proportionately to the breach. We tell you why and how to challenge the decision, unless the law forbids it or telling you would put someone at risk. Report misuse — including illegal content on a page we host — through Report illegal content or at hello@infioo.com.
Changes to this document
- 6 October 2026: One set of documents for the INFIOO software, replacing the older website-services terms. Adds the data processing addendum, the Google API disclosure, How Fioo uses data, acceptable use, cookies, switching and export, and the illegal-content report route; the subprocessor list now names every provider and where it processes data.
